At Remonte Shop, we strive to deliver your women’s footwear quickly and securely to destinations worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions).
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Options
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Free Shipping (orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. International customers may be responsible for additional customs fees.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Remonte footwear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most unworn items within 15 days of delivery.
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return Request:
Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Product details (name, size, color)
- Reason for return
- Your contact information
- Wait for Approval:
Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days and email return instructions.
- Package Your Item:
Include all original packaging, tags, and a copy of your order confirmation.
- Ship Your Return:
Send to our return center using a trackable method. Keep your shipping receipt.
- Receive Refund/Exchange:
We’ll process your request after inspecting the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Slippers (unless unworn with original packaging)
- Sandals showing signs of wear
- Customized or specially ordered items (unless defective)
Refund Information
- Refunds issued to original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement
- PayPal refunds typically processed within 24 hours of approval
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for our errors)
Exchanges
To exchange for a different size/color:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly request an exchange and specify preferred size/color
- For faster service, place a new order while processing your return
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement.
International Returns
- Customer responsible for return shipping and customs fees
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
- Refunds issued in USD (may be subject to conversion fees)
