Our Return Policy

You may return most unworn, undamaged items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached and original packaging.

Important Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following women’s footwear categories:

  • Slippers (must be unworn with original packaging)
  • Sandals (must show no signs of wear)

Customized or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

How to Return an Item

  6. Receive your refund or exchange – Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund or ship your exchange item.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:

  • Credit card refunds may take additional time to appear on your statement depending on your bank’s processing time
  • PayPal refunds are typically processed within 24 hours of approval

Exchanges

To exchange an item for a different size or color:

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

For international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
