- Free Shipping: Complimentary on orders over $50 via EMS, delivering in 15-25 business days after processing

Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We stand behind every pair we sell. If your shoes don’t fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you have 15 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact our customer care team at [email protected] to begin the return process.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your returned items, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
